Just checking what, how and where.
Going to be short and simple. I'm not a pro. All I have is a big passion for home-made, mainly southern-inspired food and a bit of talent as some would say. All comes from love to what I cook and who I cook for. Don't have any special culinary knowledge to share (anyway does anyone read those describtions? just give me the food!) so going to be short and straight to the point but take my word for that, everything is tested by very picky mouths.
And why I started cooking? Because food in London sucks!!!
